In an isolated room, the air volume flow generated by the cleanroom module with an upstream filter system creates positive pressure. An effective area is achieved throughout the room in which the filter system reduces particles to cleanroom quality. A system solution for the entire cleanroom area can be retrofitted or upgraded. Ionization is generated by direct voltage and, via separate electrodes, simultaneously produces high-density positive and negative ions, ensuring rapid electrostatic discharge from surfaces.
The first-stage filters can be replaced without tools and are covered from above by a perforated plate. The pre-filters filter the ambient air to an average separation efficiency of approx. 90%. The main filters are high-performance HEPA filters with a dust separation efficiency of over 99.9%.
